MIAT Mongolian Airlines flies Boeing 737 MAX, 787 and 767 aircraft from Ulaanbaatar to Asia and Europe. Cabins are reasonable and a small business cabin is offered. Catering is modest and entertainment is limited. The 767 used on the longer routes offers noticeably more space than the 737s.
