Kenya Airways is East Africa's main full-service carrier with a fleet of Boeing 787s and 737s and Embraer E190s, connecting Nairobi widely across the continent and on to Europe and Asia. A reasonable flat-bed business cabin, attentive cabin service and decent catering are available on the 787. A single Boeing 777-300ER returned to the fleet in 2026 for the London route. Regional flights on the E190s and 737s are more basic, with no flat bed and limited connectivity.
