Online check-in failed so we arrived 3hrs early. Lines confusing, no staff directing. Agent said our seats were “for sale” for not confirming 2 days prior + we couldn’t board unless others no-showed. Condescending, false info. Never again.

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but JetSMART was a disaster. Flight 5452 was delayed with no communication, likely oversold, and left dozens stranded. No help, extra fees, and we had to rebook at 3x the cost. Avoid if possible.
