Firefly is Malaysia Airlines' community carrier, flying ATR turboprops and Boeing 737s on short regional routes from Penang and Subang. Baggage and a light refreshment are included, which sets it apart from its low-cost rivals. The 737 jet services are a clear step above the ATR turboprop flights. There is no seatback entertainment and no premium cabin.
