Bangkok Airways is genuinely differentiated, offering lounge access to every passenger regardless of fare, along with complimentary catering and attentive cabin service. It flies Airbus A319s and A320s and ATR turboprops from Bangkok to Samui, Phuket, Cambodia, Laos and the Maldives. Sectors are short, so there is no flat-bed cabin and no long-haul product, which caps the rating. ATR island services are the most basic in the network, but the service standard holds up.
