Austrian Airlines is a full-service carrier whose catering is a genuine strength, particularly the Do & Co service. A flat-bed business cabin is available on the Boeing 777 and 787, and 787s taken from the Lufthansa Group fleet are replacing the ageing Boeing 767s. Long-haul economy seat pitch is tight. Airbus A320 family and Embraer aircraft handle European routes in a plainer two-cabin layout.
