Airnorth has been experiencing problems getting Pilots in recent years. As a result 3 out of my previous 10 flights were either cancelled (24 hour until next flight) or delayed. 6 out of the 10 flights were late by up to 1.5 hours. Whilst part of the Qantas Regional network, you DO NOT GET ANY STATUS CREDITS. Very restrictive on baggage almost to the extreme. Its an OK but pretty basic regional airline and has not always been this bad.

I have just completed my second return trip from Toowoomba to Melbourne with AirNorth. Although the flight was delayed on the second occassion the customer service was outstanding. We well catered for which was appreciated. The crew on both of my trips have been friendly the plane has been spotless and the meals have been great. The cost of the fare made it well worth flying out from Toowoomba rather then Brisbane. I would highly recommend th airline

I take this airline on a regular basis. The planes are great and new, well kept and the cabins are spotless. Flight crew always very friendly. I take one of their few international fights to Dili regularly, however, whilst the service is pretty good, the price is usually outrageous for a 1 hour and 5 minute flight, usually around $500 for a one way ticket.
