AirAsia Malaysia operates the same core AirAsia low-cost product, with Airbus A320 family aircraft and a broad network from Kuala Lumpur across Asia. Seat pitch is tight and extras such as meals, baggage and seat selection are charged separately. Newer A321neo aircraft are progressively entering the fleet. Its principal advantage is the breadth of its Kuala Lumpur network rather than a materially different onboard product.
