absolute luggage crusher. lost one of my luggage wheel and cracks. missing breakfast despite I told clearly for hot breakfast and nothing came until I ask for mine, then served with cold fruit since the hot one was finished. NO RESPONSE FROM CS. WHAT A SHAME!
