what a bad airline this is and easily comparable to budget airline. Easyjet is even much better at their game and service. No wonder their ranking went super down. I would never recommend. Plane is always dirty, staff is rude (they think they’re superior than the customers) flight always delayed, expensive for no reason (500CHF for 1hr of a flight booked months in advanced)
