Cathay Pacific premium economy review: Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong to London Heathrow Airport, Hounslow by Keith Watkins

Premium Economy cabin standard was really poor, broken footrests and media screens, headphones not working properly. Customer service even worse, five months on and still not satisfactory resolution.
