Alaska Airlines A220 economy class review: Tri Cities Airport, Pasco to Boise Air Terminal, Boise by Jhoanna R.

Flight delayed due to a mechanical issue, which I understand. What I can’t accept is Alaska’s poor communication, incorrect rebooking, and lack of customer service. I was stranded until midnight because of their mistakes. Only Cesar provided excellent service.
