Flight 0231
Alaska Airlines delayed my flight, causing a missed connection and 4+ hour delay. I arrived at 11 AM; delay was known but no rebooking or compensation offered. Poor communication and service. This has happened multiple times. Unreliable airline.Do not fly Alaska
