From Athen-Eleftherios Venizelos International to Düsseldorf
My suitcase was badly damaged on flight GQ 890. It took over 10 emails until Sky Express finally acknowledged the claim. I accepted their offer, but since then: no payment and no replies to my many follow-ups. Extremely frustrating experience.
