When we wanted to check in for our flight from Zurich to the USA we were told that our ticket was suspended. The ticketing agent could not find a record for our payment. We had had our credit card hacked after the ticket purchase, so we could not give the original card. We had to buy a new ticket. After that it has taken us 6 emails and 6 weeks to get our money back due to their operational error with a denial to give us anything for all the hassle. Incredibly sad and very poor customer service!!!!!
