Trip was from PHL to RDU......nice newer aircraft A321..clean. Crew was very friendly, First Officer was greeting passengers before and after flight. Would use again for shorter flights...recommend they either update TNN or use PHL for all flights in that area. TNN is very difficult to board and deplane for older passengers and family's with small children. Terminal is small and and baggage claim is like something out of the 50s.
