American Airlines review by Rene 2016-02-19

My flight was delayed in Toronto. I therefore missed my connecting flight to Atlanta. No member of staff appeared to care that this misfortune was not my fault but the fault of the airline. I asked for nothing. Simply for staff to show in some way that they cared. It could of taken the form of a concerned question. Or maybe a beverage whilst you wait etc. I will by all means avoid using American in all my future trips. The market is too competitive for this complacency.
