Such a bad experience, from start to finish. The crew onboard all of our flights were exceptionally rude and aggressive. Food is horrendous, seats are very uncomfortable with minimal space. The inflight entertainment kept stopping every 2 mins during a movie, for the whole 11 hours of our flight, making it impossible to watch anything. Our flight home to London was delayed, meaning our connecting flight from Warsaw was extremely tight to catch, we had 10 mins to make the flight. They did not even attempt to move our bags over and 2 days later, I am still left without my suitcases. Not only is the service provided extremely bad, the staff of this airline seem to be all of the same kind, rude, aggressive and should definitely not be in a role where they need to deal with people. Manners cost nothing.
