i usually avoided Philippine Airlines whenever i travel to the Philippines because of its bad reputation of being "Pal Always Late" (PAL) and poor inflight service but last July 2016 a family emergency and i need to travel to the Philippines right away, i have no choice but to fly with Pal and it was to my surprised how they impressed me from the friendly and attentive cabin attendants to the whole inflight service, and it was a big mistake in my part why i take Pal negatively without first tried and experienced what they can offer on board in a longhaul 18hours flight.
