Air Asia used to be cheap and good. now they're cheap and awful. The staff treat passengers like an inconvenience - one 'cabin host' knocked our daughter in the head three time while passing her in the incredibly narrow aisles, she woke up crying and he didn't stop. The rest of the staff were rude too (probably overworked, underpaid and under-trained) Though it was a night flight, they kept the lights until late, turned them off for about two hours and then just when everyone was asleep they turned them all on again so they could sell a few more drinks and cups of tea. Its a shame that a good budget airline has become such a disgrace
