never fly AA. I was on three American Airline flights last month, every one was completely or partially cancelled. They had no back up flights, clerks were rude and unapologetic.When I rented a car from Charlotte NC to Charleston SC after one flight was cancelled (next available flight was 4 days later) and the clerk cancelled my return home ticket. I came back to the airport to come home and discovered my ticket was cancelled. So I went stand by, 4 hours later was in Charlotte and my next flight was cancelled. Here, by chance, I saw the clerk who had cancelled my flight. Do you remember me, I said to him, I am the one who rented a car instead of taking the flight you offered me? Yes he remembered me. when I rejected the delayed flight you offered me, you cancelled my return flight home, said I. Oh, said the clerk, did I do that? What a shame. Not in the least bit apologetic. This airline is a nightmare, does not care about customers, they are greedy, have soaring profits while people are stranded and suffering. Avoid American Airlines at all cost
