I went to spirit airlines in Oakland California today to book my 18 year old daughter a ticket from Las Vegas NV to Oakland California. Departing June 7, 2017 on the 11am flight Returning on June 12,2017 on the 6am flight. And I was there for 2 hours not in line but getting lack of service. The agent did not no what she was doing and the manager was no help also, he was rude and seemed uninterested in assisting me. I went to another representative that was a little more knowledgeable so I thought. Until she missed up on my payment. She said that my card declined but when I checked and call my bank it was taken out of my account and I will not have to wait until tomorrow in order to purchase my daughter tickets. Then to make matters worse I called spirit and was on hold for another 2 hours to be disconnected. So, let's recap: I wasted 4 hours talking to a representative, money on gas, double bridge toll, parking and I have to submit a claim with my bank to get back the money you took out of my account. I called back with an hour wait time to be told thar the agent put the wrong security code in the computer that's why my card declined. And I would have to pay more for her
