Took the Manila-Bangkok-Manila flight back in 2006. The seats and spacing are too cramp for me. I'm 6'1" in height and 220lbs. There is not enough elbow room and leg room. If given a choice, I wouldn't choose them for long haul flights. 4 hours may not be long haul, but it's very uncomfortable for a guy my size. If friends and relatives would ask me, I would recommend CebPac if they were on a budget and if I know they won't feel uncomfortable in the cramp seats.
