Business Class

I am writing to express my disappointment in our business class trip. I used a lot of my points to upgrade to business class to make our holiday more memorable. we flew business class over to perth and virgin coming back to Brisbane We couldn't fault business class We were excited to be coming home with comfort only to find we should have brought books or portable dvd player. there was not tv not even tablet to watch movies The seats were hardly any better than economy they reclined slightly and that was it. For a long flight and paying top $ or Top points for business class I was extremely disappointed Thankyou Carol Plant flight va 469 on the 16th feb 2017
