Worst airline experience I've had to date. Never even made the flight. After going through an online checkout process riddled with hidden upsells (including trying to get you to pay for selecting your seat), I paid for my flight. I immediately realized that I had made a booking error, which was totally my fault: the time was for 2:25AM, not PM. I called them immediately (minutes later), and they wouldn't budge on refunding. Not only that, they wouldn't let me change my destinations, and their only flight schedule for BKK to TPE was between 2:25AM and 3:50AM, for the foreseeable future!!! I was on the phone for an hour. They were completely unhelpful and unwilling to make an exception in the name of good customer service. I will never recommend this airline to anyone. Ridiculous.
