AirAsia X review by Lauren 2015-09-01

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I took a flight with Airasia at night time and I was trying to sleep. The middle aged man across from me was watching a movie on his laptop with the sound on, no headphones (who does that?) when I asked him to turn it off he swore at me and gave me the finger (I am a young woman and was travelling alone). I told the flight attendant who did nothing, the man walked off the plane no problem, they told me they would have someone contact me to apologise but no one ever did. Another flight I took with them before this, I put my seat back to sleep and the man behind me shook the seat violently and told me to put it back up very aggressively. Of course if he had asked nicely I would have but with this behaviour I just ignored him and the flight attendant saw him do this and rather than say anything to the man about his aggressive behaviour asked me to put my seat up! When I said no they offered the man a new seat and he shoved my seat very aggressively AGAIN when he got up and they said nothing to him. Needless to say I will be avoiding flying Airasia from now on.
