Economy Class

Missed a connecting flight and had to be rerouted via Philippine Airlines. We already suffered a 24 hour delay only to have tight seats, vinyl upholstery, no in flight entertainment on an 8 hour flight, freezing cold air conditioning and sub standard food (my husband has been ill ever since the latter part of the flight until now, some 7 days later). Uncomfortable, noisy, packed full and boring. EDITORS COMMENT: I think you were on the new A330 which is jam packed with small seats ans has no inflight entertainment. Its more like a low cost carrier and not the flight you want to be on for 8 hours! Not sure what direction PAL were going in when they decided this would be their 'new cabin'
