Air Canada review by Ryan 2017-01-31

HKG-YYZ: Mediocre flight. The B777 J class seat is somewhat cramped in that your feet go in a cubby hole which makes it difficult to turn off when lying down. The seat is not particularly comfortable. FAs were ok but they are 1 short in the cabin. No priority meal service for Elites (there used to be), Towel service on this flight was 1X compared to the usual 3X+. Catering was awful. Worse than institutional food. Overcooked and inedible. Lavatories are bare bones and don't compare to CX or BR on this route. AC is more expensive than its competitors , but provides a lower quality product. I'll be booking CX next time.
