Flight from Denpasar to Adelaide on A320 aircraft. Flight departed right on time, very quick to board. Staff very curt with passengers even though the flight was only half full. One staff member was exceptional! Cudos to her! The seats were the worst I have ever sat in.... absolutely worn out. I had what felt like a steel bar pressing across the centre of my back the whole way which meant it was very uncomfortable and now, 2 days later, still have the red rub mark across my spine where it me the bar. My wife had a rather large woman sitting behind her and could not even sit in her seat due to knees in the middle of her back from the large woman. Time to reconsider your seating configuration Jetstar! Would I fly with them again.? NO !
