Qatar Airways review by abdal-elah

I was traved with Qatar airways from amman to juba via doha and nirobi , the company change the flight time from amman and I stay 11 h in doha airport , when I asked for place to stay they refuse to give me hotel room . and when I arrived to final distention in juba I discover my luggage broken and some item stolen , when I make the clam they reject and the reason its more than 48 h please see the email after almost 2 months ( Dear Tailkh, After consulting with Qatar Airways on your case, please note we have been advised that, regrettably, your claim was rejected as creation of the online file was done 48hrs after your arrival.
