Horrible from beginning to end with a few exceptions. The overall mentality from most, not all employees is that they just don't care about service. We had so many problems from flight changes causing us to lose 1 day of vacation, to delays, cancellations, rerouted, lost baggage, you name it. The willingness to help is minimal with a very cavalier mentality
