Purchased window seating in Silence Section - paid extra for these seats. Perth to Singapore no problems....Singapore to Perth - chaotic. Upon arrival at Changi airport we were told the planes were changing but we had the same seats even though we originally had 8a and 8b but now we were 33a and 33b. Upon boarding the plane we were taken into normal economy. Yet at checkin we were assured we were in the same area and seats! Staff tried to state this is what I had booked - thank goodness I had my printout and confirmation with me. Eventually we were given a seat in the area, no window seat. No apology. No offer of the extra money we had paid - NOTHING! Food is awful. Service was non-existent.
