I booked flight just because the price was little less, but the experience with the staff are horrible in Dulles International Airport(IAD), Washington DC. Two times I went in that and both time I had same type of problem. I need not required a VIP treatment, but a minimum decency in behavior is required towards a passenger from staff IN THE TICKETING COUNTERS, that is totally absent and the staff are not properly trained which you can understand from the way they deal with passengers. In the 15 minutes time I stayed in the line, I have seen three different scenario of arguments between passenger and staff. AVOID THIS AIRLINE IT IF YOU CAN.
