same complaints as everyone - poor website. Cards are declined without telling you why. There are a bunch of add-ons to your flight costs if you don't book carefully. Most importantly, they overbook everything. I was touring around the Philippines for a week and had several Cebu Pacific flights, 90% of them were delayed 2+ hours. And you don't get notified of a delay until after your boarding time passes, so you can't even make arrangements for something else. Even when if one flight is delayed and its obvious the next flight on the same plane will also be delayed, they won't tell you. Never again! I easily wasted 3 days of daylight sitting in airports for my Cebu Pacific flights. EDITORS COMMENT: you're right - time and care needs to be taken when using the website to book
