I am extremely unhappy with the level of service I received from this airline. I can safely state that this is the worst customer experience I have had ever. I was flying from Geneva to London on my birthday - August 2nd - my flight was 5 hours delayed and my birthday plans were ruined. But I would have probably disregarded this if I did not have the worst experience on the way back from London to Geneva. On the way back I came early, had no luggage to check - nevertheless, I was denied boarding to my own fiight, for which I paid, since they OVERSELL tickets to flights in order to maximize their profits. Without any respect or regard for the customers. As a result, my 4-year old son spent all day waiting for me in the Geneva airport. They put me on the next flight - but even this flight was late. NEVER FLY EasyJet - no respect for customers and their schedules, no relevant compensation for delays, no food/drinks on the flight, they try to charge extra money for everything - a really awful experience all around.
