I rarely write any reviews but I'm so upset with KLM that I decided to share my story.Hope that will help other people think twice before they book their tickets with KLM. First of all my return flight was canceled and somehow they didn't inform me about it. Secondly the first leg was delayed. There were more passengers in the same position (not only me) but when we land in Amsterdam we didn't receive any assistance from KLM airport staff. Sorry there was one lady who said: "if you want to catch your flight you need to run fast", so we did. After we finally reached the gate we were "welcome" by "very friendly" staff who told us that we were ridiculous arriving to the gate so late. She didn't want to let us in. I was trying to explain but she she was just ignoring us!!! After 5 minutes arrived even more people so she finally handed our boarding passes and let us in. Being in the plane we were still waiting 1 hour for passengers from other flight. There was no need to make us so stress, nervous and uncomfortable. Thirdly KLM lost our baggage. All this happened just in one day. Glad we didn't have other flights with them. We finally return with AirFrance.
