It was the our first time travelling on Scoot on Friday, 17/7 as SIA was fully booked, from Perth to Singapore. Based on that experience, NEVER AGAIN. Flight was delayed from 6.30pm to 10pm. Given a pathetic reason 'Hold up in Singapore'. Had to sit at Perth airport for six hours. After I posted my comment on your Facebook page, there was no reply to the many passengers that had to endure a long wait. No matter how cheap your flights are, you should still apologize. One would think that as part of SIA, you should still have some form of service. When I landed in Singapore, all I heard from friends and family was 'That's Scoot, always delay'. I hope people read this so they don't experience the same long delays and bad service as my husband and I did. I understand Jetstar Asia is better.
