Malaysia Airlines review by Barry 2017-02-03

This was my first time travelling in business class with Malaysia Airlines. All business class traveler get to check-in over the special counter with those silver/gold/platinum Enrich member even though i'm only a basic member. Furthermore, I able to enter MAS domestic golden lounge (newly renovated) with comfortable environment and nice food. The only setback was the front desk customer service person. Lack of smile and eyes contact. No greeting and just looking at the PC. While I'm on-broad, I was greeted by a senior steward (expecting a young stewardess) by mentioning my surname. I like the 42� of pitch seat with give me a lot of space to stretch my leg. A hot tower, pillow and blanket were offer before departure. Enjoyed the full set of dining meal on business class but with limited choice due to late night flight. Overall, I was quite enjoyed MAS business class with exceptional service and product. I brought the business class ticket during their promo fair. Worth to try it.
