Economy Class

Absolute never fly with easyJet I booked a holiday to go to Alicante to find out when I arrived at the airport they had cancelled the flight "due to the aircraft being unsuitable". To then have to que up in the customer service area to receive no apology and to be told yes they can give me a full refund but once arrive in my account till 7-10 working days and then if I wanted to still fly I had to arrange my own way of getting there I have to then get on three trains one taxi to Doncaster to board a 2hpir flight and has taken me several hours to even get where I need to be. No help from easyJet what so ever
