ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! Vueling send me a text message a few days before my flight I say it was rescheduled to the next day!? Hence I had to stay an extra night in Rome, eat etc. When getting home, I rang customer services several times and the attention was so bad that the woman told me she was hanging up. She simply wouldn't listen and told me it was my fault for accepting the new flight!? I lodged the complaint online and 3 weeks later received a reply. It wasn't even about my letter. It was an automated response saying my flight wasn't delayed by more than 3 hours so I can't receive any compensation or expenses. I've never received such bad customer service from an airline yet I always travel with low cost airlines. To make matters worse, my bag was broken and ripped when I collected it and vueling refuse to acknowledge responsibility for it. Good luck.
