I just love flying Virgin Australia! Have never had a bad experience. I always find the staff so happy and friendly and helpful. They all seem or at least act, as though they are happy to work there. That makes me feel relaxed as i'm a nervous flyer. I honestly can't believe some of the things people complain about. Would have no hesitation flying Virgin or recommending friends and family to fly them too.
