Very good on board services, very friendly staff. Unfortunately very poor service at the Belgrade airport. My luggage got lost, what may happen, but they simply don't care about, the man behind the desk prefers to play with his mobile phone instead. Impossible to call them. They have my phone number and e-mail address, but don't give any news. This is a pity, as the staff working in the airplane really tries to produce a very good image. But this impression gets lost as soon as you arrive at the airport.
