Well done delta. You have completely screwed me. How do you ruin my bag, tell me to submit a claim with the replacement receipts and then tell me you aren't replacing my items because I don't have original receipts. Not only have you caused me a ton of stress because you ruined my trip. But now I'm out of thousands of dollars worth of luggage and personal items. This is the most unacceptable and ridiculous business practice I have ever hear of. Your pittance of sympathy is inexcusable. But it does make sense that you would fail to own up to your end of the bargain.
