Terrible Lufthansa Service Lufthansa are absolutely terrible - customer service is really shocking. At the checkin the staff are grumpy and won't smile, give you a good feeling or be very helpful at all. If you have any special requests or need any assistance, it will be strictly by the book and they will make you pay through the nose for any changes - zero flexibility. They are basically rigid which is not helpful if you have special circumstances. Even after speaking to a supervisor - it was clear that Lufthansa was a bad choice. Lufthansa on-board crew appear miserable and like it's "just some low paid job". There is basically not a smile between any of them - they really are curt and quite rude if you ask for anything. Better just pay your money and keep quiet. Terrible food, zero communication. It really is a no frills airline that clearly is a difficult place to work. Therefore, why endure this poor situation? Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra euros and get a better airline.
