My flight from Penang to KL was delayed for 2 hours, and I missed my connecting flight to Kuantan. Just because my connecting flight was with MAS, Malindo claimed that it was not their responsibility that I missed the connecting flight. The staff during the flight were not right mannered. Clearly Malindo is the worst, and I swear I will never fly with Malindo again. Malindo should change from Low-Cost Airline to Low-Class Airline. EDITORS COMMENT: Unfortunately they are right, the ongoing flight you missed because of their delay is not their problem and they have no obligation to do anything about it.This is across the industry not just in Malaysia
