Vueling succedes the performance to lose our both baggages even if the stop between connections was about 7 hours. I had an one week delayed bag and a lost one. Tens phone calls, infinite waiting time on the line, rude call center staff, emails, poor and at least 2 weeks delayed replies if any, lack of info and replies, original papers needed to be sent to a PO BOX... After 3 months from the incident I got a compensation of 300Eur without any explanation, even if the max official agreed amount is of 1,300 per each.
