Very poor experience on both trips to and from Italy. Never saw a smile from flight attendents, they act and talk as if they are commanding you (well, actually they are). Note that even if you carefully packed your hand luggage to stay within their limits, there is not guarantee for you to bring it onl board! You have a fairly good chance to be asked to check it in. Good luck with the things that you have to take out (for safety reasons, etc.), if your hands are large enough to hold them. As a regular flight traveler (>50 flights a year), never seen an airlines with worse service (if they have it at all), even for the low cost airlines.
