As a first class flyer, I avoid them at all costs. The service level is far below competitors American and United, the food is poorly conceived and prepared and the attendants barely acknowledge you. It's also the only airline that doesn't let you use their lounge if you fly first class which, if you think about it from the marketing POV, is just stupid. But you get the impression stupid rules at Delta.
