I have a long list of complaints and a long description, but cannot post it all here. So suffice it to say: 1. Flight delayed an hour. 2. Had a connecting flight so was offered a new flight. 3. Provided with a voucher for food that I could use at ANY restaurant in the DF Airport. 4. Arrived in DF early and could not get on the original flight as reservation had now been changed. Stuck in DF for 3.5 EXTRA hours. 5. Voucher was only valid at 2 prepackaged sandwich stands, not at ANY restaurant. 6. Told that there was ¨nothing¨ that they could do as that was their ¨policy¨. In 2 years I have not been on an Aeromexico flight that has been on time ... NOT ONCE. In-flight personnel are wonderful. The rest of the team have no idea what customer service is. Other problems on other flights, but this is the most recent. Oh, and I was in First Class and paid $800 USD for the privilege of bad service! Fly the competition! Interjet, Volaris, Tar, and VivaAerobus. If flying Aeromexico, flyer beware!
