Malaysia Airlines review by Tom 2016-12-21

Overall a very bad experience with the flight. I was on the flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to London Heathrow Airport, The food was not too bad and the cabin crew was doing a good work but I was shocked to find out that my lugguage bag was broken despite me putting the fragile stickers and I ask for refund but they rejected and said it was not their problem. This was just unacceptable. I really don't recommend anyone flying with this airline. Do hope they will improve.
